A WhatsApp message has gone viral stating that the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) is currently recruiting in different states, The text further advised anyone who has graduated and completed the National Youth Service Corps programme to send their CV and application letter to a certain email address: pplimitedrecruitment@gmail.com.

In verifying the claim, we visited the NBC Website to see if there is any information of such but found none.
Our team also reviewed the official social media pages of the organization, but could not find anything relating to recruitment on its platforms.
Similarly, an NBC official who does not want to be named because he was not authorized to do so told us that the information is false
“The only activity they have ongoing is the promotion exams for their staff at the headquarters in Abuja,” he said.
Conclusion
It is confirmed that NBC is not recruiting, hence the claim of ongoing recruitment is false.
